Special Halloween: two Live giveaways, 31 October and 1 November

Halloween comes to the wheel. On Saturday 31 October and Sunday 1 November the BASC team hosts two Special Halloween Live giveaways on bascdao.com, with multiple prizes and the classic Trick or treat.

Trick or treat, every round

Each night has its own bag of prizes. Every round the wheel picks a winner, and then the bag decides what comes out: 🍬 a treat (a prize) or 💀 a trick (nothing this time). Every prize in the bag brings one trick with it. Got tricked? When the host reopens joining for the next round, you can jump back in. What is left in the bag is public on the giveaway page all night, and every pick can be checked with its seed, like every BASC draw.

The Haunted wheel

A wheel made only for these nights: candles instead of bulbs, embers, bats and fog, and a double lightning strike with thunder when it stops. The BASC hub and its «Provably fair» ring stay exactly as always.

How to join

• Log in on bascdao.com with Discord (accounts of 30+ days, to keep alts out).
• When the lobby opens, go to the giveaway page and press Join.
• Stay for the rounds and talk with the club in the live chat (slow mode for everyone).
• Treat winners get a 🔔 and send their wallet privately: it is never public and never goes to Discord. The prize transaction is then shown as proof.

Don’t miss it

Both nights are in the club calendar at /events, at the right hour for your time zone: press Remind me (🔔 an hour before) or Add to calendar. When a lobby opens, the Games role is pinged on Discord, and you can get a notice on your phone too (turn it on in /notifications). And while a Live runs it is a golden hour of Ape XP: what you do counts double.
