How the club works

Log in with Discord, link your wallet and the whole club opens up: your level, your votes and your apes everywhere.

• Log in with Discord: your name and picture come from there. Nothing to sign up for.
• Link a wallet on your profile: Phantom or Solflare, Ledger works too. One wallet belongs to one account. +50 Ape XP.
• Your first steps on the home page and on your profile: link a wallet, follow 3 Ape Sites (+30 XP) and write your first comment (+20 XP).
• Press Ctrl K (or the 🔍) anywhere to find an ape, a member, a site or a page.

One XP for the whole club. You earn it by creating, by what the club does with what you make and by playing. Nothing is for sale and nobody adds XP by hand.

• Create: a post +30 (2 a day), a comment of 20+ characters +4 (5 a day).
• The club: a like on what you wrote +3, a comment +8, a follower +10, a post that goes 🔥 On fire +100.
• Play: a DAO vote +30, a giveaway +5 (+50 if you win), weekly missions open a chest of +150.
• Golden hours double some XP for a while, 22 secret milestones wait to be found, and a weekly streak adds +5 % a week, up to +25 %.
• Seasons: a new race every month. The top 10 win the next month (Gold, Silver and Bronze frames for the top 3 and a medal next to the level for #4 to #10) and enter the Hall of Fame for good.

The five XElementia tribes race every month too. Pick yours and every XP you earn also counts for it.

• From Jungle Ape (level 5) you choose your tribe: Aether, Air, Earth, Fire or Water.
• You can switch tribe only from the 1st to the 10th of each month. Your XP counts for the tribe you were in when you earned it.
• Every month the tribe with the best average among its active members (at least 3) takes the crown, kept in the Hall of Fame.

The holders decide. Every proposal is voted with the NFTs in your linked wallets, and anyone can propose ideas.

• Each NFT votes with its collection's power: OG BASC Pass 5, Bored Ape Solana Club 3, XElementia 1, BASC V2 1.
• You can change your vote during the first hour after you cast it. Every vote you cast gives +30 Ape XP.
• The Ideas board: propose what the club should do next and support the ideas you like. The BASC team answers every one; when yours becomes a DAO vote, +100 XP.

Your own corner of the club on its own address, like your-name.bascdao.com: your story, your posts, your pages and your links.

• Ape Sites are given by the BASC team to members of the club: ask in Discord.
• More pages as your rank grows: from 2 to 7 at Legendary Ape, and the best looks unlock with Ape XP.
• Follow sites to see their posts. A post with 10 people reacting within 72 hours goes 🔥 On fire (+100 XP to its writer).
• Every Sunday the Site of the Week is chosen automatically by what the club did on each site: nobody can pick it. +250 XP.

Each ape's own story, written by its owner and sealed by the club. It stays with the ape for good: when the ape changes hands, the new owner adds a new era.

• To write: rank Club Ape or higher, for an ape you have held a year or more (Gold hands or better on Diamond Hands).
• To vote: any holder of an official collection from Jungle Ape. A chronicle is sealed with 10 yes, 6 of them from OG BASC Pass holders, within 7 days.
• +150 XP when your chronicle is sealed; +15 for each vote you cast (+5 on a change).
• Every sealed version is kept, chained to the one before it: nobody, not even the team, deletes an ape's past.

Since when every member holds their apes, read from the blockchain. Patience is the only way up: no XP, no shortcuts.

• Moving an ape between your own wallets or listing it never resets the clock; only an ape that went to somebody else does.
• Your tier opens other doors too: Ape Chronicles are written for apes held a year or more.

Club giveaways spin live on a wheel, and every raffle of the ecosystem is in one place.

• Giveaways are provably fair: a secret seed is published as a hash before the first spin and revealed at the end, so anyone can check the result.
• Once a giveaway is launched nothing can change, not even for the team.
• Taking part gives +5 XP, winning +50. If you win, the giveaway asks for your wallet to send the prize.
• Raffles: XE Raffles, BASC Lotto and the BASC Radio raffle, live. Tickets are bought on their own site, and we can remind you 6 hours before one closes.

• Listening earns Ape XP: +5 an hour (twice a day), plus the radio's daily and weekly missions (+10 and +40).
• Radio raffles on air: win one and you claim it from /radio (+50 XP).

Every BASC NFT for sale right now with its rarity next to its price, and a trait to hunt every week.

• Deals are Rare or rarer apes priced close to the floor. You always buy on the marketplace, in a new tab.
• Deal alerts: pick a collection, one trait and your top price, and the 🔔 tells you when one is listed. From 1 to 8 alerts as your rank grows.
• Trait Hunt: one trait every week. Hold an NFT with it at the Friday cut and earn +150 XP, whether you hold one or thirty.
• Rarity: the rank and traits of every NFT of the club.

Dress your ape for the socials: take its background away, pick a scene and the gear (the GM cup, the cigar…), add your text and download it.

• Made from the apes in your own wallets. PNG or GIF, ready for your profile picture or a banner.

What is on, where the apes are and what waits for you today.

• The club calendar has every space, call and event. Tap Remind me and we tell you before it starts (+15 XP for a club event you asked to be reminded of).
• The club map only shows who said yes: in their city, or only counted in their country. Never from your IP, and you leave it with one click.
• Your day, on the home page: a prize to claim, a vote about to close, your streak… Only when there is something.

The 🔔 tells you when somebody comments, likes, follows or mentions you, and when something of yours needs you.

• Push: get them on your phone or computer even with the site closed, and choose which kinds you want.
• Mention anybody with @name in a comment or a post.

Bring your friends to the club with your own link.

• Your link is bascdao.com/invite/your-name. When somebody new joins with it and holds a club NFT: +150 XP for you and +50 for them, up to 10 a month.

The same rules for everybody, the team included.

• The XP that others give you (likes, comments, follows) only counts from trusted members, and one person gives another at most 15 XP a day: two friends cannot lift each other.
• Likes and comments on posts older than 30 days give no XP.
• A ban on XElementia is a ban here too, and the other way round.
• Your page shows what you earned in the club, never your wallets. The map is only for who says yes, and nothing is guessed from your IP.
